1. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Mix oil and milk and pour into dry ingredients. 3. Stir until smooth. 4. Turn dough out on a lightly floured board or pastry cloth and knead lightly 5-6 times. 5. Roll dough to about 1/2 inch thickness then cut with a 2-1/2 inch biscuit cutter. 6. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. 7. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
