This dish is quick, easy to eat on the go and delicious, we make it for my little sisters vollyball team when they play all day tournaments the girls and their families love it. Ingredients:
sausage |
sharp cheddar cheese (shredded) |
cream cheese |
canned buscuits |
Directions:
1. Pre Heat oven to 375 2. Brown Sausage 3. For every Lb of sausage add 1 pkg of cream cheese 4. Warm cream cheese and mix it into browned sausage 5. Flatten out biscuits 6. Cut into 4ths 7. Spray non stick spray in mini muffin pan 8. Put a 4th of the biscuit into every mini muffin spot 9. Put a spoon full of sausage cream cheese mix in on top of the biscuit 10. Then top with sharp cheddar cheese 11. Put into the oven for 10 mins or until biscuits are golden brown 12. If traveling you can line a big crock pot with foil and put them in and keep them warm |
