I had this in our high school cooking class. It was great! Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
2 cups whipping cream |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding |
2/3 cup vanilla wafer crumbs |
Directions:
1. Pour milk and cream into a large bowl. Add sugar, almond extract, and pudding. 2. Mix slowly with beater for at least 1 minute. Pour into a 9 inch springform pan. Let stand for 3 minutes. 3. Top with crumbs and freeze overnight. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. |
