Try this Southern twist on a classic. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons basil pesto |
8 frozen biscuits, baked |
8 thick bacon slices, cooked and halved |
8 bibb lettuce leaves |
8 plum tomato slices |
Directions:
1. Stir together mayonnaise and pesto. Spread on cut sides of biscuits. Layer biscuit bottoms with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes; top with biscuit tops. |
