This is a simple way to dress up a can of corn. The flavor is spectacular. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained (can use frozen corn) |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. 2. Simmer uncovered and stir occasionally for about 10 minutes (if using frozen corn, heat covered for 10 minutes, then uncovered an additional 10 minutes). |
