A filling mixture of grains, dried fruit, nuts, fresh fruit and yoghurt for a great breakfast
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup dried fruit (sultanas, dried apricots)
1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds)
1 small green apple
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
fresh fruit (mango, banana)
squeeze of lemon juice
honey to sweeten
Directions:
1. In a bowl pour orange juice over rolled oats and dried fruit. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Add nuts, grated apple, yoghurt, lemon juice and fresh fruit and mix together.
3. Serve sweetened with honey for a beautiful breakfast.
