Easy to make Muesli that keeps for several days in the fridge Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple |
1 cup rolled oats |
1 tbsp honey |
1 cup fat free yogurt |
1 cup grapefruit juice |
1 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together with 2 cups of any type of fruit. Leave to chill over night. |
