2 cups rolled oats |
160 ml orange juice |
1 cup drinking yogurt (apricot or berry) |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 cup skim milk natural yogurt |
1 cup sultana |
100 g mixed fresh fruit (sliced bananas, strawberries, apple) |
50 g slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. Combine rolled oats, juice, drinking yogurt, honey and yogurt. Stand overnight. 2. Add fruit and mix well. Add almonds and service. |
