This is a great recipe for summer. Why cooking the salmon ?? It's so good when it's fresh ! Ingredients:
3/4 lb of organic salmon |
2 tb spoon of french shallot (small little white soft tasting onions) |
3 tb spoon of fresh herbs (basil, fenel, chive, tarragon) |
1/3 cup of lobster perfumed oil (add a base of lobster juice to olive oil) |
2 tb spoon of yuzu juice (japanese lemon, don't bother, use regular) |
organic soya sauce (a dash only) |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. 1. Cut off the brown part of the salmon and remove the edges, then cut it into really small cubes (be nice, don't use the slapchop :P) 2. 2. Chop the french shallots and the fresh herbs, then add the lemon/yuzu juice and the lobster perfumed oil. Dump in some soya sauce 3. 3. Mix well and add the salt and pepper 4. 4. Enjoy ! |
