From Home Cooking magazine. Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs boneless beef brisket |
1 medium onion, sliced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. 2. Place meat, fat side up, on rack in baking pan. Place onion and garlic on top of brisket. Bake 1 hour. Pour barbecue sauce over meat; cover bake about 2 hours or until meat almost falls apart. Skim off fat. Cut meat against the grain. |
