Bill's Slightly Glazed Carrots

A healthy, light way to add a touch of sweetness to carrots.
Ingredients:
2 lbs carrots, peeled
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
Directions:
1. Place carrots, cut lengthwise, quartered into 3-inch pieces, in a saucepan, barely covered with water.
2. Add honey and salt and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until carrots are tender.
4. Increase heat and boil off excess water. Remove pan from heat and let cool slightly.
5. Stir in butter.
