Bill's Most Wonderful Chicken Burgers |

I needed to lose so weight so I set out to make the Chicken Burger that #1', taste as good as a hamburger and has less bad stuff. I think you will agree this passes the test. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground chicken |
1 sweet onion (chopped) |
1 green bell pepper (ribs and seeds remover and chopped) |
3 garlic cloves (thinly sliced ) |
4 tablespoons yellow mustard |
5 tablespoons ketchup |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl till it is mixed well. Form into 4-6 burgers and grill. Of course you can add cheese. (I like American Cheese) and of course the rolls. Have a Ball. |
