These cupcakes will come out moist, yummy and HUGE! Decorate them with sprinkles instead of frosting to save points but still look festive! Ingredients:
516 g betty crocker supermoist cake mix, chocolate fudge |
15 oz pumpkin |
2/3 cup of water |
1 oz.sprinkles |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Beat the cake mix, pumpkin and water for about 2-3 minutes. The batter will seem light and airy. 3. Spray 12-cup muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray. Scoop the batter into the muffin pan and top with sprinkles. 4. Bake for 35-40 minutes. |
