Ingredients:
1.5 pound(s) ground beef |
10 ounce(s) large macaroni or spiral noodles |
1 tablespoon(s) minced onions |
24 ounce(s) tomato juice |
12 ounce(s) tomato paste |
24 ounce(s) water |
2 tablespoon(s) worchester sauce or soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Brown meat, adding minced onions while browning. 2. In large pot, combine tomato juice, tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, and Worchester/soy sauce. When meat is browned, add meat. 3. Bring to a boil, then simmer sauce covered 1 hour. 4. Cook macaroni noodles and add to sauce, stirring until well mixed. Enjoy! |
