This recipe is a combination of many failed attempts to make a meatloaf my husband will love. This one hit the mark! Great with garlic green beans and green salad. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon hot sauce |
1/4 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 -2 cup chopped mushroom |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. 3. Shape into rectangle and place into greased loaf pan. 4. Bake for 1 hr and 10 min or until thermometer reads 165. 5. Drain and let sit for ten minutes before serving. |
