Great for a weekend grill out. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 cup oatmeal |
2 eggs |
salt & pepper |
1/2 cup onion, minced (slap chop works great for this) |
hamburger bun, along with any preferred toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomato..) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties, as big as you like them and cook how you like. I suggest grilling. Enjoy =). |
