Big Fattys Crab Stuffed Shrimp |

From locally owned restaurant Big Fatty's, as presented on local news program. I've had this, and it is sooooo good! Easy to make at home, too!! Ingredients:
24 peeled and deveined 21-25 count shrimp |
1 can crabmeat (fin) |
1 c bread crumbs |
1 egg |
2 tsp. hot sauce |
3 diced green scallions |
pinch of salt, pepper & garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except shrimp, to make the crab stuffing. 2. Split the shrimp 3/4 long and place a 1/2 tsp. of stuffing into split shrimp. 3. Fold over tail. 4. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degees. |
