I made these last year for Christmas, they were very quick and easy. I put a andes mint chocolate candy in the center of each just as they were out of the oven and swirled with a knife when the candy melted. They were really pretty and froze really well. ( This is from one of those 5 ingredient or less cookbooks) Ingredients:
2 (18 ounce) packages chocolate cake mix |
1 (19 7/8 ounce) package brownie mix |
3 eggs |
3/4 cup oil |
3/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 2. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. 3. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes. |
