Great family favorite for special occasions and weekends. Ingredients:
1 dozen egg |
1 lb hot sausage, cooked and crumbled |
2 1/4 cups milk |
1/4 cup bacon grease |
1/4 cup flour |
pancake batter |
2 cups syrup |
2 lbs bacon |
2 lbs sausage patties |
8 biscuits |
32 ounces orange juice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven for buscuits based on package directions. 2. Fry and crumble 1 lb hot sausage. 3. Crack and whip eggs with 1/4 cup milk. 4. Place eggs in large skillet and add salt & pepper. 5. Fry bacon, place in warming dish. 6. Place busicuts in oven. 7. Start fire under eggs. 8. Heat 1/4 cup bacon grease in large saucepan. 9. Add 1/4 cup flour and brown. 10. Add 2 cups milk and thicken. 11. Add 1 lb crumbled sausage. 12. Cook sausage patties according to package directions. 13. Cook pancakes according to package directions. |
