Cinnamon schmear for cinnamon rolls,danish, cinnamon swirl bread, topping muffins or any thing your creativity inspires. Ingredients:
4 lbs butter, melted |
1 lb powdered sugar, sifted |
8 ounces brown sugar, light |
5 ounces cinnamon |
2 ounces vanilla |
4 ounces white karo |
Directions:
1. Blend above ingredients until creamy. 2. Add 1 lb 8oz dry cake crumbs; stir to blend. Molasses, maple syrup honey may be used as a substitute to white syrup. This is a bakery size recipe which can be reduced. The mixture keeps very well; refrigerate in air tight container and use as needed. |
