Ingredients:
3 lbs turkey, ground |
2 medium onions, finely chopped |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
parsley |
2 eggs |
salt and pepper |
1 pinch oregano |
4 tablespoons ouzo liqueur (or to taste) |
4 slices tomatoes |
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs |
1/2 lb feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix first 8 ingredients together in a medium bowl. 2. Divide in half and form 2 patties. 3. Place the chees e and tomato slice between two patties and form into one large patty. 4.
