A Quick Way to enjoy Bierocks. Very Easy The Cheese adds a great taste Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1/4 cup onion, minced |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 small head of cabbage |
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained |
2 (8 ounce) crescent rolls |
1 cup american cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Shred Cabbage. 3. Brown Ground Beef with onion, garlic powder,. 4. and salt and pepper. 5. Drain Fat. 6. Add Cabbage and saurkraut. 7. Cook 3-4 min to soften cabbage. 8. Grease 9x13 pan. 9. press 1 package of crescent rolls in bottom of pan. 10. Add Ground Beef Mixture. 11. Top with Cheese. 12. Put second Package of crescent rolls on top. 13. Bake 20-25 Minutes. |
