Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 lb sweet rice flour |
2 1/2 cup sugar |
1 tsp. baking powder |
3 cups milk (fresh or evaporated) |
5 eggs, beaten |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 cup coconut flakes |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients in a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350F, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. When cool, cut into squares. |
