**Adopted Recipe** Ingredients:
5 -6 yellow squash |
1 onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon sugar |
salt and pepper |
2 eggs |
breadcrumbs or chips or cracker crumb |
cracker crumb |
Directions:
1. Saute onion in butter. 2. Add sliced squash. 3. Cover and cook slowly until just tender. 4. Beat eggs with sugar and seasonings. 5. Combine with squash in buttered casserole. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs, crushed potato chips, etc. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
