It' called Okoy in the Philippines. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup cornmeal |
dash of salt |
dash of pepper |
dash of hot chili |
20 pcs shrimp, deveined, cut into small pieces |
1/2 small butternut squash, grated (easier to use blender) |
1 pack bean sprouts, chopped (use blender) |
canola oil |
Directions:
1. Mix everything until it's like a pancake consistency. fry. serve with sweet and sour chili sauce or spiced vinegar and garlic as dip. :))) |
