Simple dish for a lazy weekend brunch! Ingredients:
2 croissants |
2 eggs, scrambled |
1 tomato |
2 tsp bacon bits |
salt |
grated sharp cheddar around 1/3 cup |
1 tbsp butter |
Directions:
1. melt butter, put scrambled egg. slow cook, then top with tomatoes, bacon bits, cheddar, 2 dash of salt. flip one side of egg to cover the other. don't over cook. it should have a moist consistency. serve with croissant. enjoy! |
