Simple dish for a lazy weekend brunch!
Ingredients:
2 croissants
2 eggs, scrambled
1 tomato
2 tsp bacon bits
salt
grated sharp cheddar around 1/3 cup
1 tbsp butter
Directions:
1. melt butter, put scrambled egg. slow cook, then top with tomatoes, bacon bits, cheddar, 2 dash of salt. flip one side of egg to cover the other. don't over cook. it should have a moist consistency. serve with croissant. enjoy!
