500 g ladyfingers, finely washed wiped and chopped |
2 tablespoons finely sliced onions |
1 teaspoon ginger paste |
2 chopped green chilies |
2 teaspoons oil |
2 g turmeric powder |
salt |
2 g chili powder |
2 g amchoor powder |
Directions:
1. fry the onions until golden brown.add ginger paste and green chillies to it. add salt , tumeric powder , chilli powder , . 2. add chopped ladyfingers .cover with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.stir it add dry mango powder .and cook for again 3 minutes. |
