Very delish on sandwiches or ham. Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon flour |
1/3 cup cider vinegar |
1/3 cup water |
1/4 cup mustard powder |
2 large eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar, mustard powder and flour in a small saucepan. 2. Add eggs, vinegar and water, whisk until smooth. 3. Continue whisking over med-low heat until it boils, reduce to low, stir 2-3 more minutes or until thickened. 4. Keep in a sealed container in the fridge. |
