This is another one of my cousin Bevie's recipes that I started making when I was first married. It is a true Comfort Casserole. Ingredients:
3/4 lb ham |
8 medium potatoes |
1 lb cheddar cheese |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon season salt |
1 teaspoon celery salt |
Directions:
1. Slice potatoes & ham. 2. Boil potatoes until half done. 3. Place in baking dish in layers. 4. Bake at 375* with lid on for 1 hour. 5. Then bake 15 minutes with lid off. |
