Stole this recipe from my Mom when I left home.The best cheese ball I have ever had. Everyone wants the recipe once they taste it. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/3 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce |
Directions:
1. Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature. 2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. 3. Shape into a ball. 4. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours. 5. Serve with crackers. |
