Simple and yummy Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 small cooking onion |
2 garlic cloves |
28 ounces tomato sauce |
6 ounces tomato paste |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon oregano |
6 medium zucchini |
2 cups mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in pot with chopped onion and pressed garlic. 2. Add tomato sauce, paste, salt and oregano. Simmer. 3. Add sliced zucchini and cook 10 mintues in pot. 4. In a deep casserole dish, layer sauce/zucchini mix with cheese. Finish with cheese on top. 5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
