DH's stepsister gave me this recipe years ago. We love shrimp and fix lots of shrimp dishes, dips and spreads. Can't have a party without serving this one.Must be refrigerated overnight. Ingredients:
lemon juice |
1 (1 lb) bag frozen cooked shrimp, drained |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
1/2 cup chili sauce |
2 teaspoons oil |
1 teaspoon dill weed |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 scallion, cut up |
2 stalks celery, cut fine |
Directions:
1. Squirt shrimp with lemon juice, set aside. Make sauce with all other ingredients & pour over shrimp. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers. |
