DH's stepsister gave me this recipe years ago. We love shrimp and fix lots of shrimp dishes, dips and spreads. Can't have a party without serving this one.Must be refrigerated overnight.
Ingredients:
lemon juice
1 (1 lb) bag frozen cooked shrimp, drained
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 scallion, cut up
2 stalks celery, cut fine
Directions:
1. Squirt shrimp with lemon juice, set aside. Make sauce with all other ingredients & pour over shrimp. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
