Soups and stews are my very favorite things to make. This one is quick and easy but very tasty. Gets better the next day. Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped |
8 ounces polish sausage, diced |
1 teaspoon minced garlic clove |
5 cups chicken stock |
1 cup picante sauce |
2 cups o'brien frozen potatoes |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and diced sausage in soup kettle till onion is soft. Add garlic and cook another minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
