My mom made this dish all time, it has become a family favorite. It is so simple and comforty, especially in the winter time. Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef |
1 tbl. garlic powder |
1 tbl. chili powder |
1 tbl. paprika |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
1 can tomato sauce (12 oz.) |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 lb. box of macaroni |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown meat and drain. Add onions and celery, cook until tender. 2. Add garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper, tomato sauce and soup. 3. Simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes. 4. Cook noodles in boiling water and drain. Add noodles to sauce and heat through on low. |
