Really good! Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
3/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons sugar |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 medium peach, peeled and chopped |
Directions:
1. Beat egg with hand beater until fluffy. 2. Add rest of ingredients. 3. Grease griddle and heat. 4. Pour about 3 tbsp batter onto hot griddle and cook until edges of pancake puff and look dry around edges. 5. Flip, and cook opposite side until golden brown. |
