A fruity salsa that was just made for summer dipping! If you're using dried herbs in place of fresh, use a lot less. Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, sliced |
1 cup grape tomatoes, coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup green onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced |
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped |
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
1 teaspoon grated lime zest |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place the strawberries, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno pepper, mint, cilantro, and lime zest into a mixing bowl. Stir in the lime juice, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to serve. |
