Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground oats
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup sweet potato puree
1/2 cup coconut oil
Directions:
1. combine dry ingredients, make well.
2. fold in wet ingredients until smooth.
3. bake until steam no longer comes out of waffle iron.
