Very moist Have a date tonight with that special someone- Have this for dessert !! Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix |
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple |
1 cup sugar |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix |
1 cup coconut |
1 (8 oz.) carton prepared whipped topping (dream whip etc. ) |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Bake cake mix as directed on box in 13 x 9 x 2- inch pan
2. Meanwhile, simmer pineapple and sugar.
3. Remove cake from oven.
4. Punch holes in it and cover with pineapple
5. Chill
6. Mix instant pudding as directed on box
7. Add coconut
8. Spread over pineapple
9. Cover wiyh topping
10. Sprinkle with nuts
11. Keep cold & serve with delight!!
