I got this recipe from Kraft and modified it a bit. Cooking time includes chilling time.
Ingredients:
4 cups cubed cooked potatoes
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
