I got this recipe from Kraft and modified it a bit. Cooking time includes chilling time. Ingredients:
4 cups cubed cooked potatoes |
1/2 cup miracle whip |
1/2 cup peas |
1/2 cup carrot, shredded |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. |
