The same grilled cheese with healthier ingredients!! The extra spices really give it a kick. Ingredients:
2 slices rye bread |
2 slices fat free mozzarella cheese |
1/2 tomato, sliced |
2 fresh basil leaves |
1 teaspoon paprika |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Spread the mustard on both slices of bread. 2. Sprinkle on the paprika and chopped Basil. 3. Add the cheese and tomatoes in alternating layers. 4. Toast (or Grill if you have a sandwich press). 5. Coat the Press with a spray of Pam if desired. |
