                    Modified Tollhouse Cookie Recipe, because I need to limit fat and calories in my life. My husband and kids love this so much they often eat them before dinner, despite my pleas to wait. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour  |  
                                                2 teaspoons baking soda  |  
                                                2 teaspoons salt  |  
                                                3/4 cup splenda sugar blend for baking  |  
                                                3/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend  |  
                                                2 cups i can't believe it's not butterĀ® spread  |  
                                                2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract  |  
                                                6 egg whites  |  
                                                2 egg yolks  |  
                                                1 (10 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix together Flour, Baking Soda and Salt - Set aside. 3. Cream together Butter blend, both Splenda Sugars and Vanilla Extract. 4. Mix Egg whites and Yolks together then slowly blend into creamed butter/sugar mixture. 5. Slowly add Flour mixture to Butter/sugar mixture, until no flour is visably seenin the bowl. 6. Stir in the Chocolate Chips 7. Using a tsp, drop dough on to ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 11 minutes. 8. Remove from oven and let cool. Cookie will be light and fluffy.                              |
