It's the perfect combo of beans, veggies, and flavor!! Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained,may be substituted for your favorite beans,or a combo of any |
1 (7 ounce) can corn (drained) |
2 large tomatoes |
2 avocados |
1 purple onion |
1/2 cup cilantro |
1/8 cup minced garlic |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Dice all veggies. 2. mix together, serve with tortilla chips and ENJOY! |
