Best White Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies |

I love chocolates!! Especially white n dark ones. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup softened unsalted butter |
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon light molasses |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup toasted chopped pecans |
3/4 cup butterscotch chips |
3/4 cup white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 300°C. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. 3. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, molasses, and vanilla. Blend well. 4. Add the flour mixture and mix to blend. Stir in the pecans, butterscotch 5. chips and white chocolate chips. Do not overmix. 6. Drop the cookie dough by rounded tablespoons 2 apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. 7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until set. 8. Transfer to wire racks to cool. |
