This is my neighbor Bill's recipe. He made it while we were up at his cabin. Update- After looking at this again i realized that there is no amount specified for the seasoning salt. It has to be very small, just a quick dash. Ingredients:
8 eggs |
8 tablespoons half-and-half |
1 dash seasoning salt |
1 cup cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Crack all the eggs into a mixing bowl. 2. Add half and half. Beat until well mixed. 3. Sprinkle top of the eggs with seasoning salt. Stir well. 4. Bake on low heat on stovetop until almost done. Add the cheese, cook until melted. 5. Enjoy! |
