Best Quick Black Bean Soup |

Very savory and comforting. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, undrained and divided |
2 cups water |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 (1 ounce) envelope good seasonings italian salad dressing mix |
1 1/2 cups raw minute brown rice |
Directions:
1. Place 1 1/2 cans of the beans in blender and process until smooth. Pour into large saucepan. 2. Stir in remaining beans, water, onion, and dressing mix. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. |
