We use this for regular or thin crust and even calzones. It's fast and simple. Ingredients:
5 cups flour |
2 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast |
2 cups warm water |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Put flour in bowl and make a well in the center. 2. Put yeast in the center, stir in water and sprinkle salt over dough. 3. Knead till smooth. 4. coat dough with oil and place in a covered bowl. 5. Let rise 1 hour. |
