A great easy cake. The recipe was given to me,by my friend Geraldine. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 cup walnuts (crushed) |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, do not drain (put the whole thing in) |
Directions:
1. Mix all together, and pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan. bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minute 2. Frost with cream cheese icing. |
