1 1/2 cups butter |
2 tablespoons butter |
3/4 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup light corn syrup |
1 cup sugar |
2 large eggs |
1 3/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar |
1/3 cup milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. cream peanut butter and butter - add corn syrup, sugar, eggs flour then salt - mix about 5 minutes. 2. spead in greased 1113x9 pan. 3. bake at 350* for 25 minutes. 4. watching carefully.cool. 5. frost and then cut into squares. 6. to prepare FROSTING:. 7. combine crisco, cocoa and salt.add milk and vanilla.stir in powdered sugar in three parts.beat well. |
