These are the best waffles I have ever had! We make these for every holiday, and sometimes just because! Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon yeast |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups milk |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients. 2. Cover and let rest overnight in the fridge. 3. In the morning, add eggs. 4. Bake according to your waffle iron directions. 5. ENJOY! |
