Best of Both Worlds S'mores Bars

The urge to bake hit me so I went looking thru my 'Zaar cookbooks. I had saved a couple recipes for Smores Bars and while both looked good, there were things about both that were different and yet, in my mind, delicious sounding. So this is my attempt at combining those two recipes (Zaney1's S'More Bars #180649 and carolinafan's Smores Bars #95686).
Ingredients:
1 cup quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine oats, 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, salt and baking soda.
3. Add in 1/2 cup melted butter. Stir until crumbly.
4. Press crumb mixture into a 8x11 baking pan. (A 9x9 baking dish should work just as well.).
5. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and marshmallows over the hot crust.
7. Combine 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs and 2 Tbsp melted butter.
8. Sprinkle crumbs over the top of the marshmallows.
9. Return to oven for 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy and starting to turn golden brown.
10. Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting.
